Sometimes You Feel Like a Nut

Look what arrived in the mail today! I huge box of fresh walnuts from my friend Missy's orchards, up near Stockton. They taste wonderful - crisp and buttery. I can't wait to start dropping them into salads and mixing them into baked goods.
