Ingredients
- 2 cups peeled and chopped peaches
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 2 pie crust recipes
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a muffin pan with a non stick spray.
- Toss the peaches and blueberries with sugar and flour.
- Roll out the pie crust and press onto the muffin pan.
- Spoon the fruit onto the prepared muffin pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
- Let cool in the pan. Pop out when they cool. Keep refrigerated and serve cold.
