Ingredients
- 3 pounds ground turkey
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro - roughly chopped
- 1/2 onion - chopped
- 1 head garlic - finely chopped
- 2 eggs - lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup soy milk
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoon ground white pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Mix eggs, soy milk and bread crumbs. Stir. Add salt, cayenne pepper and white pepper. Add to the meat. Add cilantro and onion. Combine all together by hands.
- Ball a tablespoon of meat and place on baking sheet. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes. Make 50 meatballs.
Note to self: more spice next time! More chilies and peppers!!!
