Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup oat bran
- 1/4 cup ground flax seeds
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
- 1/4 cup extra light olive oil
- 1/4 cup Agave nectar
- 1/2 cup raisins
Directions
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees
- Toss all the grains, coconut and peanuts in oil and agave nectar
- Spread in a baking pan, and bake for 30 minutes. Stir to keep the ingredients loose and evenly baked every 10 minutes.
- Toss in the raisins after the granola cools. Keep in airtight containers.
